Registration Fees:

  • U19 Rising Stars: Php12,000 per team
  • ADULT CATEGORIES: Php3,000 per doubles player + 5% processing fee

Rules & Requirements

All players must present a valid ID as proof of identity and age.

Tournament is open to all nationalities

Winners in all categories must participate in a round-robin format.

Skill Level Definitions

Newbie

  • Minimal pickleball experience; learning basic rules and court positioning.
  • Limited shot consistency.
  • No tennis or other racket-sport background permitted.

Low Intermediate

  • Basic pickleball experience with working knowledge of rules and scoring.
  • Developing consistency and rally control.

High Intermediate

  • Solid experience with reliable shot execution.
  • Effective positioning, dinks, volleys, and third-shot strategies.
  • Capable of extended rallies and tactical play.

Open Players

  • Advanced or tournament-level competitors.
  • High consistency, control, and strategic awareness.
  • Fast-paced, highly competitive play.

Pickleball Tournament Guidelines

  • The tournament is open to all players who complete registration before the deadline.
  • Players must register in the appropriate skill level based on experience and ability.
  • DUPR ratings may be used to determine skill level and must have at least 60% reliability to be considered valid.
  • If a player’s DUPR rating has less than 60% reliability or the account is newly created, tournament officials will screen the player’s skill level to determine the appropriate division.
  • Tournament officials reserve the right to move players to their proper skill level at any time to avoid sandbagging and ensure fair competition.
  • Players with a background in tennis NOT eligible for the Newbie division, even if they are new to pickleball.
  • Good sportsmanship is required at all times.
  • Players must respect opponents, referees, and tournament staff.
  • Unsportsmanlike conduct may result in warnings, penalties, or disqualification.
  • Honest line calls are expected.
  • Matches will follow official pickleball rules unless otherwise stated.
  • Scoring format is side-out scoring with sudden death.
  • Games are played to 11 points.
  • Only the serving team may score points.
  • In sudden death, the first team to reach 11 points wins (no win-by-two).
  • All referee and tournament official decisions are final.
  • Players must check in at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled match time.
  • Late arrivals may result in forfeiture.
  • Match schedules are subject to change.
